Are you the ideal candidate to join us? We have the following positions available :-
 

Motorcycle Technicians

Techniques and daily responsibilities include: Use of diagnostic, mechanical and electrical measuring equipment to investigate vehicle faults, inspecting vehicles, full servicing, repairing or replacing components to the correct specification, offer technical help, preparation of vehicles to a high standard for resale and carry out admin duties that include updating job cards and online data.
 
You should have experience of working in a similar environment and be able to communicate with customers and colleagues in ways that lead to satisfactory outcomes. You should be a team player prepared to adapt to the moment and assist others where necessary. You should be systematic, focused, well organised, be computer literate and possess good traditional mechanical skills.
 
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years experience as a motorcycle technician, you must hold a full motorcycle licence.
 
Factory training will be available for the ideal candidates.

Aftersales Specialist (Parts / Service)

The Aftersales Specialist is a key member of our team, working day to day within the Parts and Service departments with a laser focus on customer service and satisfaction.
As the ideal candidate you will have previous Parts or Service Department experience within the Motorcycle or Automotive Industry, you will be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload. 
The ability to work within a fast-moving department is of the utmost importance. 
The essential must haves for this position are a full motorcycle driving licence, a passion for motorcycles and a customer focused mindset

The standard working week for both positions is a 5 day week,  Tuesday – Friday 8.30am – 17.30pm and 8.30am – 17.00pm on a Sat, closed Sunday and Monday.
