Ducati Glasgow is the latest addition to the award winning Ducati Manchester Group. In 2021, the group was awarded ‘Ducati dealer of the year for Europe and Africa’. Awarded for excellent satisfaction ratings from customers in both sales & service, and hailed for customer engagement through marketing and customer events.

A bit of a surprise but a very welcome one indeed. We have been focused on building the brand in Scotland for many years. We have spent a huge amount of time and funds on this website (almost completely done "in-house") and brand advertising. Ducati have recognised this huge effort that has resulted in this much appreciated award.

Although predominantly a sales award, this is for our whole team in Glasgow including our sales, accounts, workshop, aftersales, parts and cleaning staff as everyone is involved in providing a rounded and comprehensive ownership experience. The anticipation before this announcement was almost too much to take. On the previous night in Milan we had taken the Top Sales award, we could only hope that this award was possible. When our name was called out by Ducati's Christiano Silei, the effort of seven years of very hard work was rewarded in that one moment. A huge bonus was to receive the award from none other than Troy Bayliss - we gave him a bottle of 12 year old single malt in return!

This was a huge moment for us, we face a difficult time with the spread-out nature of our smaller population in Scotland. We totally understand it is difficult for our customers to travel to us from the more rural and distant areas. It is thanks to the dedication of not only those customers close to us but also to these widespread customers that this award was possible.
