    MPG's Most Recent Project - Carbon ZX-10R

Stewart specialises in all aspects of motorcycle set-up. Most recently commissioned to convert a bog standard Kawasaki ZX10R 2004 model into a razor sharp handling track tool. When Motorcycle News' Michael Neeves heard about the bike on a recent trip to Almeria, he couldn't wait to give it a try.

A BRIEF HISTORY - FROM THE MOTOGP Paddock to the west end of glasgow

StewartStewart has worked as a Mechanic and Suspension Technician in Moto GP Factory Teams such as Yamaha and Kawasaki.  Working closely with riders such as Regis Laconi, Noriyuki Haga, John Hopkins, Alex Hoffmann, Randy DePuniet, Olivier Jacques and Anthony West.

A considerable part of 2008 and 2009 has been spent gaining invaluable experience in World Super Sport and British Super Bike Championships as a Crew Chief.

Stewart was recruited to help boost the results of the Parkalgar Honda racing team fielding the late great Craig Jones (and Portuguese rider Miguel Praia). For the last 3 rounds American front runner Josh Hayes replaced Craig Jones as the teams No1 rider and Stewart helped him to achieve some remarkable results culminating in a 4th Position at the all new Portimao circuit in Portugal just 0.004 seconds from a podium finish.

During 2008 and 2009, Stewart has been working with British Superbike Cup hopeful Tom Tunstall in an exciting and progressive privateer team.

When not racing, MPG has been the priority, building a premier suspension and performance centre unlike anything else in scotland.
