The commitment of our staff has resulted in some incredible awards along the way
We thought that it would be a good idea to dedicate a page on our website to share them with you for a couple of reasons.
Firstly, we are obviously extremely proud of them but secondly without sounding magnanimous or in any way attempting to boast, we want to demonstrate to you, our existing and prospective client, that we have a documented history highlighting and proving our dedication and success within our role as a motorcycle retailer.
It is clearly evident to anyone who becomes a customer of ours that we are truly a specialist dealer, passionate about the Ducati brand in general but our dedication runs far deeper than that.
We are 100% commited on a local level to each and every single customer that walks through our door, purchases from us on the telephone or orders online in our eStore . We try to ensure their purchasing experience is second to none and although clearly spending hard earned money, we try to make that experience as pleasurable as possible!
These awards are fitting gestures to the staff in each department of our store that work tirelessly to look after the needs of our customers.

2009 Winner Sale Achievement Award
Although predominantly a sales award, this is for our whole team in Glasgow including our sales, accounts, workshop, aftersales, parts and cleaning staff as everyone is involved in providing a rounded and comprehensive ownership experience. Thanks to the whole team for this significant award during difficult financial times.
2008 Winner Dealer Of The Year 2008
Milan Global Conference
The anticipation before this announcement was almost too much to take. On the previous night in Milan we had taken the Top Sales award, we could only hope that this award was possible. When our name was called out by Ducati's Christiano Silei, the effort of seven years of very hard work was rewarded in that one moment. A huge bonus was to recieve the award from none other than Troy Bayliss - we gave him a bottle of 12 year old single malt in return!

This was a huge moment for us, we face a difficult time with the spread-out nature of our smaller population in Scotland. We totally understand it is difficult for our customers to travel to us from the more rural and distant areas. It is thanks to the dedication of not only those customers close to us but also to these widespread customers that this award was possible.

Although just missing out on the top spot in this year's survey, we were still delighted to get the votes to secure this postion.
