WHAT IS A DUCATI STORE?
Very simply, a Ducati Store is a specialist Ducati Dealer concentrating primarily on sales, aftersales and service of Ducati motorcycles and Ducati Performance products including clothing (safety, sports and fashion), merchandise, accessories, spare parts and performance parts.
Every member of staff in the store focuses their day on making the Ducati ownership experience unrivalled in the motorcycle industry.
A Ducati Store is a hub for it's customers to meet for all nature of events & rideouts or to simply spend time in the company of like minded individuals .

The first thing you notice when you step inside our store is the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Since we opened our store in 2002, it has always been our ethos not only to create an environment that was ideal for selling our wide array of different products but equally important, was to create a store that encourages its customers to stay longer, make new friends and just enjoy the atmosphere.
As a niche brand we are delighted to offer an extra special and personal service to our customers.

Every member of staff in every department is a biker. It is a condition of being employed here that you must have your motorcycle licence. This means our team has a huge, applicable knowledge base from which to give you, the customer the best advice possible. We know what it's like to ride a bike and what it's like to be a customer on the other side of the counter.
We have an unrivaled enthusiasm for a brand that thrives on it's personal link with its customers. We're dedicated to our brand and stay in touch with every piece of technical and essential information we can get from our subsidiary, Ducati UK and direct from the factory in Italy.
THE Ducati STORE ITSELF
From the roadside, it is very difficult to get a feel for the magnitude of our 6,000 sq ft city centre store.
Our front showroom and window display is our showcase for our new bikes - a common mistake is to think that is all there is to see. It's only after walking through our front showroom, up the stairs and into showroom two that you will experience the world of Ducati.
Among the selection of immaculate pre-loved motorcycles , you will find the largest display of Ducati clothing and merchandise found anywhere in the UK. We stock as many examples of the Ducati Clothing catalogue as we can possibly display in the building. On display there is everything from bikinis to leather suits , protective gear and sportswear .

For your convenience we have a fitting room for you to try on any of the latest seasons range from our clothing designers in Italy.

The fully equipped Ducati Technical Workshop
Located in our basement, underneath showroom two, you will find our workshop. A purpose designed and furnished area for servicing our customers' machinery.
Here we have our factory trained technicians performing any and all operations necessary to customers' machines.
On display you can see a wall adorned with just some of the certificates our technicians have been awarded in recent years. A reassuring aspect when you entrust your Ducati for essential servicing and maintenance.
Protected behind a safety glass wall, we give our customers the opportunity to view any operation on their machine. Whether it is a simple tyre change or a full service - our customers can watch from start to finish. To us, this is the ultimate demonstration of our trustworthiness and confidence.
