I would like to personally offer our thanks to all of our customers and all of the members of the Ducatisti community in Scotland and the UK for the support we have received this year and their continuing support since we opened in 2002.Keith and I have just returned from the EICMA Milan Motorcycle Show and 1st Global Ducati Conference where we were presented with the;
2006 Most Improved Dealer Award
from Tim Maccabee, Managing Director of Ducati UK and Cristiano Silei, Commercial Director of Ducati Motor Holdings.
We have always endeavoured to offer an 'extra special' service to all of our customers since we opened the store, as I write this I pledge that we will continue to work even harder to refine our processes to provide as comprehensive, friendly and professional a service as can be found anywhere.
2007 is our fifth birthday and in recognition of that fact we are already planning some bigger and better events than we have ever done to celebrate. I would like to extend an invitation to all of our customers and friends to join us throughout the coming year to enjoy them with us.
On a very personal note - I would like to thank 'Mum', Kerrie, Keith, Stewart, Charlie and Harry for helping me through the significant workload this year and the continued support they always give me, it makes this job so much easier and enjoyable to have staff like them around me on a day to day basis.
