'Factory Order' Items
These are items we do not carry in stock but can order for you direct from the factory
With the best will in the world it is nearly impossible for a dealership our size to hold every single item of clothing available from the catalogue, in every size, plus every accessory and every performance part in stock. The Ducati range is simply so vast, it is only the factory themselves that can boast to stocking everything available.
BUT........
We are very happy to order anything we do not have in stock and will deliver it to you as fast as is humanly possible.
How long will that take?
Well this is a tricky question and depends greatly on the product you are ordering. Literally, every product can be different.
For example - some items will take just a few days to get to our store from Italy and then we can despatch them immediately to you. You may wait no longer than a week to 10 days.
Other items may take literally months to arrive as we may wait for production to be completed in Italy.
What do we do then?
We will contact you by email or telephone if there is going to be any problem with reasonable delivery times and availability. You can then make an informed decision whether you want to continue the order and we will refund your payment - no problem.
How long is 'reasonable'?
As with most on line ordering stores, we consider a delivery period of 28 days to be a reasonable period.
